About 4 years ago, I sat waiting for months, for Lee to make an admission. And then he did. The team need an identity. It's beyond promotion, its establishing itself at a Premier League level.
It needs a kick up the ass. It is a people thing, a mentality. There is significance here. Get a grip.
This is a very proud club, a great heratige, time to roll your sleeves up.
Identify the weaknesses, 500 days without an away win is pitiful.
A good time to clear dead wood and move on. Prosper.
