Truro on the move

Apparently on the move next season. Groundshare with Plymouth Parkway FC. Before anyone asks, I hadn't heard of them either! Cheaper fares on National Express and for early booked train tickets for those willing to go.

Plymouth Parkway FC play at Bolitho Park in the Western League Premier Division at Step 5 - two levels below Truro.
Before Truro can move in to groundshare, quite a lot of work will have to be done at Bolitho Park to bring it up to the level required for Step 3 football to be played; even more for Step 2 if the FA decide that promotion can happen at the end of this season based on the results of matches played in the incomplete seasons 2019-20 and 2020-21 (would be judged on points per game - this is one of the options being considered for the end of this season). As things currently stand Truro would qualify for promotion to National League South at Step 2.
There is no guarantee at present that the necessary work can be done to allow Truro to groundshare at Plymouth Parkway for the start of next season, whenever that may be.
Longer term Truro are still hoping for a new stadium to be built on the outskirts of the city that will be shared with Cornwall county rugby.

Plymouth Parkway - Sounds to me like the name of a bloody train station!
