It is sad to see any manager lose his job, but the performances this year have not been good enough and how long do you let the club drift on. Jimmy to be fair had the summer to get a squad together that could hold its own in the Southern league but many players recruited were just not good enough and the revolving door continued. Being in the league we are has not helped with the journeys involved, and the loss at the end of the previous season of the whole side had not helped either, how many of those players are still playing for Hampton and Richmond. Whoever comes in needs to have a track record and good contacts to lift the club. I hope jimmy is successful wherever he ends up and that we have something to at last cheer about
