Claremont Road sold for £2.3m

Tucked away in yesterday's Ham and High, Barnet Council sold Claremont Road in 2015/16 for £2.3m. Let's hope Brent never get similar ideas about SJP!

Great post and never on my watch will this be able to happen. I got involved with HFC and ETFC because if the callous way they were treated by developers and those looking to exploit a situation. I am working with both Brent and Barnet Councils to ensure that neither club faces this predicament in the our life time

Brilliant. I know your intentions are completely honourable, the risk I would imagine would come at the end of the lease if the planning rules were changed and this little corner of the park was granted change of use since I'm guessing the ultimate freeholder is also the local planning authority.
