Hendon FC

We're giving the ball away far too many times and wasting opportunities getting forward. We seem to have a good unit overall for the past few games to stabilise things but sometimes thier matchplay is nothing. I was surprised that Gary didn't switch Reis and Khale earlier today seeing as they worked so well in the last game on opposite sides but hey ho. The good news as well as todays result, well done Marcel & everyone involved ,was tucked away in a small paragraph in the programme saying we will be back to a real green kit next season. Let's make sure it's green, maybe white sleeves, white shorts. We need a big branding exercise to make some sort of an impact from first team to kids, shirts, scarves, programmes, posters, everything. A new ground should mean a proper identity drilled all the way through. Something that will relate to people and over time, kids, joined up thinking.

I agree that we desperately need to return to green for next season, wherever we may be league-wise. Though having said that, with the team we have now, I am sure that it will be the Premier Division. The transformation from a few months back has been immense. At last, there is a stable team and trusting that suspensions, unavailability and injuries won't trip us up, then there is every chance that the season will end well.
