Next 4 games predictions

Can you predict the next 4 home games? Let's have a little comp. 1 point for correct result. 3 pts for correct score. Winner gets a happy meal from McDonalds!

Hendon 1 Enfield 2
Hendon 1 Folkstone 1
Hendon 2 Leathehead 2
Hendon 2 Grays 1

Alas I can't make it to today's game as I'm going to the Champions Tennis with McEnroe at the RAH and nor to Tuesday's game as I'm going to a concert that night. So the Leatherhead game I've penciled in to see crazy man Bullard and Grays for the first home win of the season!

The bookies have Hendon at Evens to win this game. About right as you never know which Hendon's gonna turn up. After Leatherhead I'm not confident of a win at all but hope is that last thing you lose so here's hoping for that illusive win. I might even bet on Grays and since all my bets lose, it should make Hendon a shoe in!

Oddly enough someone somewhere has been punting Grays to win. They were 15/8 when I made my original post with hendon at evens with Bet365. Grays have actually gone slight fave to win the game at 13/10 with Hendon drifting to 6/4. This is a colossal turn around I promise you if you don't know anything about gambling. The bookies very rarely ever flip flop football faves before a ball has been kicked. I'm sort of tempted by Hendon's price now. I think I'll have a tenner on. The tenner I would be using to come to tonight's match! Unfortunately I can't make it as I've injured my ankle.

This is really incredible. Everyone in Essex must be lumping on Grays! Or is it Hendon fans doing the lumping having seen the debacle v Leathers?

Grays have gone to 6/5 clear fave as Hendon drift to 17/10. They're even giving 6/5 draw no bet on Hendon. I've had £15 on it. If it's a draw I'll get my £15 back. The bookies must've been to SJP last Saturday haha!

SJP is cursed. Massive price drift on Hendon and money on Grays. Hendon goes one down after 4 minutes. YCNMIP! NO more positivity talk after tonight please even if somehow the team scrapes a draw which they are unlikely to do. Call a priest and exorcise SJP. It's cursed!

tonight it did! I am still pretty amazed at the price turn around for this match. May not mean much in the grand scheme of things but some gamblers bet on the non-league a lot. Someone somewhere has made a killing tonight. Grays started at 15/8 and went off at Evens and go 2-0 up after 12 minutes. Bookies might refuse to pay out lol! Irregular betting patterns etc!

1 down 3 to go. A positive result but again another draw. Of course I gave the edge to Enfield so I was wrong but we'll see how it goes on Tuesday where I forecast another draw. However since we drew yesterday I am actually a little more positive about possibly a sneaky 2-1 win with a late OG or something!

Well done tonight lads. Great fightback. So the harder games of the 4 are gone without defeat, so by all accounts that elusive home win is coming..watch this space! Leatherhead might be difficult but Grays is a stonewaller. HOME WIN!

Well that was desperate. I knew Leatherhead would win just looking at the first 5 minutes or so, but it was just too easy. The first half was truly the worst of all the home games I've seen this season. The second half was a bit better but the match is lost so they were just playing for pride and salvaged a little by managing not to lose the second half. Leatherhead looked quite a skillful team and having a decent ex pro for a boss has probably worked some magic for them. Not very impressed with the new Hendon keeper either. I thought he should have done better for the first two goals although the defending in front was utter shite lol. Anyway I think it's going to be tough to even beat Grays now. Best hope is to somehow go 1-0 up and then put 10 men across the goal line! It will probably be a 1-1 draw again!

That's a bit harsh on the team. Yes, the first half was pretty dire, but no game is over at 2-0 down after 45 minutes, with one team playing just for pride. If, very early in the second half, one of the most blatant and indisputable penalties that I have possibly ever seen had been given (Kezie almost having his shirt ripped off) then a draw would have been a real possibility. Leatherhead were second best through most of the second half as Hendon showed a big improvement, especially after the newly arrived strike force came on.

But where are our 6 predicted goals to come from now that loyal Niko has gone?
Four months into the season and our leading remaining league goal scorer has 3.

Gonna go for another draw v Leatherhead (working unfortunately so can't make it) and then a thumping of Grays, similar to the Cheshunt cup game when we hadn't won at home at all. 5-1 I reckon. I'll be there for that before the away day to Needham Market, looking forward to that one as its one of only 3 or 4 grounds I've not been to in this division, a new one for the list!
