Absolutely fantastic news for the club re the funding for SJP. Hendon FC has been progressively getting better season after season. We have plenty to look forward to and the manager and team have earned the right to be given the space to resolve this season. It is a marathon and not a sprint.

Totally agree on the FSIF funding for SJP. What worries me, though, is how the work is goning to be done for the start of the 2015-16 season. 2016-17 yes, and I can even accept the start of 2017-18 if problems arise, but 2015-16? No chance!!

The club now has a real future. There will no doubt be further obstacles to overcome but this is seriously good news.

Following the exciting news I can assure all supporters we are moving as quickly as possible to ensure the schedule of works are completed in time for our ground grading deadline. Brent Council have been very supportive and the building control team are working closely with us.

This is wonderful news. Nobody would dare say it, but without this approval the future of Hendon Football Club would surely have been very precarious. So the thanks and gratitude that should be given to all involved with securing the success of the project is truly immense.
