Three years ago Hendon were simply out-passed by a very young Reading side, and likewise two years ago by a similarly young Chelsea side. The fact that last night an arguably more experienced QPR side were held every inch of the way and eventually defeated just goes to demonstrate the immense improvement that Hendon have made in the last couple of years. Gary deserves all of the credit!.

I don't think we can realistically compare QPR to Chelsea, the Chelsea U21 side would probably win League Two comfortably, whereas the QPR U21s we saw this week wouldn't win the Ryman.

Having said that, we do look more creative than ever, and it was a very good game and a decent turnout for Gary.
