A bit of levity...

Anybody up for Truro next season?
Amazingly, I can do a Saturday - but not for the fare of £150!
Ironically, its an approximately 560 mile round trip for both you guy's and I. You guys may get away with £80 on the train and a mere five hours each way - that's somewhere near the norm for me!
As Tommy Trinder would say "You lucky people"

Can't comment on EE's remarks … but thought you might like to consider Lowestoft's possible trip to Truro.
A large yellow-banded route finder website, unrelated in content to alcoholics anonymous, says that the trip from ground to ground is a mere 425.7 miles (685.1 km) and 7hr 55 minutes in a car – add 12.5 per cent for a coach, excluding stops – and it is almost 9hrs each way. Flying to Paris from London is less than half the distance and other capitals closer to London than Lowestoft-Truro include: Edinburgh, Dublin, Cardiff, Amsterdam, Brussels and Luxembourg City.
