Sponsorship for Ride London 100
Views: 3505
Howdy all, hope you're all doing well and enjoying the final stages of the greatest season that I have experienced in my 20 years as a Hendon fan.
Anyway. I'm cycling the 100 miles of RideLondon again this year, and I'm doing so in aid of Anthony Nolan, the charity that does an amazing job helping folk with blood cancer, leukemia etc.
This is the main charitable focus of the ride, but for any sponsorship that you guys provide, I will donate the same figure to the HFC Supporters Trust. Perhaps mention HFC in the message section when you donate online so I can keep track. Thanks in advance for any help, will really appreciate it.
If you'd like to give me cash in person, that's great, but if you'd prefer to donate online, the link is here: /www.justgiving.com/Bryan-Roberts3/

Just to keep you all posted: as a result of your kind sponsorship so far, we've raised £340 for Anthony Nolan, an incredibly worthwhile charity. On the back of that, I'll be personally donating £340 to the HFC Supporters Trust.
So, please do keep the support coming. Two worthwhile causes and great motivation for me as I continue my training!

Just a quick note to thank you all for your support.
I completed the ride in just under six and a half hours. Legs ache a bit, and have horrible sun burn, but apart from that, I'm relatively unscathed.
Thanks to your help, I've exceeded the £1,000 fundraising target for the charity Anthony Nolan and I'll be donating £370 to Hendon Football Club on the back of your sponsorship.
Thanks again for your contributions and support and I look forward to seeing you all in the new season.

Well done mate. Hopefully the sunburn will have recovered by Monday night, in time for you to dust of the half-time Miami Vice CD....

Yep, my arms should be recovered well in time to be spinning some killer tunes on the wheels of steel on Monday.
