Starting on 23 June 2014 I will begin a 3 month sponsored slim. It ends on 22 September 2014. My target is 40lbs of weight loss. I have a nutritional and fitness programme set up to achieve that. If you would like to sponsor me for every lb loss please email me at JohnsTransformation@Yahoo.co.uk. Every £ per lb I can raise will help motivate me and offer me incredible support.

Every penny raised will be donated to Hendon Football Club Supporters Association.

I am currently at £4.50 per lb I lose in less than 24 hours. Thank you all so very much. That is £180 in sponsorship. Great start.

Now at £5 per lb lost. £200 pledged. I will not update with every pledge, I promise. Just exciting early days. I am really looking forward to the challenge to be honest. 40lbs in 3 months is going some. It is achievable though. Got some great support around me. This is a road test for when we launch this to others who wish to get fit and healthy. So I am a guinea pig and a benchmark of what we can do.

I have been in touch with Great Ormond Street Hospital. When this is rolled out far and wide the sponsorship raised will be split 50/50 between Hendon FC and GOSH. That is an added incentive because it is such a worthy cause.

Gaining £'s by losing LB's.

A huge thank you to everyone who has sponsored me. The preliminary total stands at £560 with 2 people still to confirm amounts and a dear friend has been collecting sponsorship for me as well.
