Grateful for the re-print of the articles on John Swannell and Rod Haider. I had the privilege of watching these guys in the glory days of the 60's and early 70's. In my opinion they were the greatest players of their time and both, had they been of a mind to, could have graced professional football at the highest level. Thank goodness they didn't deprive us of so much pleasure at HFC. We will never see their like again.
