What a result - that must have taken one Herculean effort.
Nice to see Jack Bennett back in the fray. I do admire his pace, adding a nice dimension.
Delighted for everybody - much deserved on the back of recent ill-fortune.
Will do our confidence the world of good - now let's get a result Monday.
Exceptional result!

Currently sitting on the train that's about to leave Lowestoft. Superb performance, particularly second half. Thoroughly deserved win.

My aim is to get the match report on the website before I get to Ipswich. I have 90 minutes!

Great stuff Steve. Wish I'd taken the chance on the train after all. Followed the game on the Ryman website. Have a good journey home. Can't wait for Monday.

Report now online - still half an hour away from Ipswich!

It really was an excellent performance, particularly in the second half, although we had the bulk of possession in the first period.

Lowestoft certainly aren't the team they've been over the past couple of years - look vulnerable at the back, and apart from the penalty and an excellent goal, our defence was back to its best.

Big confidence booster ahead of Monday's game against Harrow.
