I've not been to SJP for 2 Years. Awaiting Jam Tart stuff. You know who I am, I love you guys. I have contemplated coming down in recent weeks, In a way deemed it somewhat inappropriate. I was up at five this morning. Personally, it didn't feel right having missed the season!
My last game at SJP was last game v Merthyr, what 7-0. Stood next to current Chairman, I thought they had something!!! He said word, convincingly or not, "identity" - I thought he was right - they've just, potentially won the Southern.
Some of the comments tonight on facebook blaming former management are immature. The responses are equally beneath the human condition. I do think some recent decisions have lacked the necessary standards required to meet the conditions required.
Keep the faith, maintain objectivity, confront your challenges, and take some solace that your not alone. I'm thinking for the emotions of my friends down there tonight. I remember my last game at SJP 2 years ago, a Merthyr fan, I laughed at him telling him they were fine - Hendon, it's just the next chapter - waiting to re-ignite! Now get motivated!
