It was a crazy night of football. Both teams far from full strength. Alfie Burden and Lee Allinson finished the match, Luca played all 90 minutes. Tyriq Hunt was on trial scored twice. Samrai Gebrai unlucky to score four times and end on the losing side. Hendon?s last 6?5 scoreline was in the Full Members Cup in 2000?01, on a frozen and probably unplayable pitch at Scraley Road, Heybridge Swifts. Swifts reserves beat our reserves, after extra time, despite the presence of Boncho Guentchev and Gary McCann. It was colder than the game at Tooting two years ago. A year later we won a League match at Billericay, but only 6?4, but we did score 9 times. We scored 11 with one reply, against Leyton on 15 December 2007.
