There is an hourly local bus from Kingston and Surbiton to the ground, The route is the 515 (towards Addlestone Tesco) and departs from Kingston (Cromwell Road Bus Station) at 1300 / 1400 or Surbiton Station Claremont Road at 1312 / 1412. It arrives at the ground just before half-past the hour. The last two return journeys are at roughly 1718 and 1818.
Please note this is not a TfL route (Falcon Coaches) so fares have to paid. There is something called an Oystermatch fare of £1.60 I think each way (but the range is Kingston to Esher, which is about a mile down Ember Road).
