Hi David

I do remember you. You used to live in Walton-on-Thames and you succeeded Eric Abrey I think in early 1983, and David Stanley took over from you around the middle to end of the decade (though your dates suggest 1984–85 was your last season). I think Paul Sanderson became press officer when you stepped up – and I have been press officer, pretty much continuously since 1994.
