I had an interesting chat with someone who has managed in this league before who's son has played in this league for the last couple of years.
He reckons that if we get the logistics right (realistically a coach to most away matches) then recruiting youngsters shouldn't be an issue from relatively close to our home.
Whilst they may prefer the isthmian away days if the transport is being laid on then the shop window of first team football will be enough of a carrot.
Maybe the gaffer's strategy is a few bigger name signings and filling the squad with the youngsters looking for their next step up.
One thing's for certain, it's going to be a very different sort of season ahead.
