Sounds like an enquiry! In reality it is simply Met Police FC hoping that the FA somehow review the decision to overturn precisely the same scenario that has affected Hendon. Their manager lives in Essex and has resigned according to the Met Police FC website. As a general yardstick and in view of the historical roots of the Isthmian League I would have thought that any clubs situated for the sake of argument inside the M25 ought to stay in the Isthmian League.
