I thought we were superb yesterday, with every player contributing. Our third goal was a thing of beauty – just the sort of goal that is possible on a true surface. Niko is scoring goals for fun and 19 before the middle of November is impressive. Onward and upward.
What we have done in the past 10-12 months is truly amazing. On 5 November 2016, in a League draw with champions elect Havant & Waterlooville, only three of the starters that day were in the 11 yesterday, Arthur Lee, Sam Murphy and Niko Muir and two of the unused substitutes were also involved – Dave Diedhiou (who started yesterday) and Kezie Ibe (again unused).
