There have been a number of very positive posts from the Club/Trust over the past few weeks. Good to see that brave decisions over the granting of contracts (given the financial implications involved) have been made to ensure as far as possible that we have a strong core of decent players to rely on. Excellent news too this week that a good section of last season's squad have re-signed.
I have a good feeling about 2017/18 but I'm not going (at least not yet) to make any prediction other than we will not be struggling at the wrong end of the league table again.
Let's hope our crowd support which started so well last August at SJP but faded away with our disappointing results starts as it finished with the Staines game at the 400+ level and continues over the subsequent 8 months.
