With regards to my personal road map - well today probably brings Tonbridge (Pennslyvania) into play. The pendulum has swung from positive to negative in 3 days and may well again. The frustration is obvious and we all individually act accordingly. I would not chastise any individual for their emotions in this environment, even if it could be perceived as over-stepping the mark.
There's really no point on examining the performance today - each game boils down to the points gained at the end of the day. Today we blew an ideal opportunity to make headway and gave our nearest rival the advantage, that's a cardinal sin. There are aspects of today which need to be reflected upon.
We all care about our future, but in reality we have in the last week seen the best and worst of what we have.
It really comes down to the next couple of games, and despite the setback today, we have a realistic prospect of staying up. We owe it to ourselves to remain steadfast maybe in hope rather than expectation that we can pull this off.
Today was a embarrassment - we have to aim to put it right Saturday - no excuses.
