Agreed. I think you would have to go back to when we had Messrs Morais and Angol for the most successful loans. The only other one to make an impact was that Dagenham left-back, Jack Connors.

We have players that can potentially score goals but no supply line. I know some supporters criticised him but I was very sorry to see Federico leave as he gave us such good width and his pace meant there was always danger to the opposition.

With Oliver Sprague gone we don't have any wing backs as our present backs are out and out defenders.
