The Beckenham Junction to London Bridge route (via East Dulwich) has been one of the worst affected by the Southern Trains nonsense. If you're starting from Beckenham check before hand, and if it's not running bus 227 to Penge, then bus 176 from Penge takes you all the way to the ground. Both those bus routes run every 8-10 mins or so. Whole journey shouldn't take more than an hour including waiting times, although I'd allow a bit more just to be safe.
