Then you need a manager of whom knows how to develop a team and its components and its viable characteristics.
Clough and Shankly got it. It works at all levels - if you actually keep a job for more than 12 months.
The Hendon gaffer gets it. His latest addition named Goode is just the latest personifiation of the implementation. You experiance set-backs, periods of in-difference and move on.
It's the proper dynamic. It's defiance.
Whilst the rest of the world loses its's head analysing a load of b-s - we'll just get on with it.
That was a very difficult test passed today.
