Starting on 23 June 2014 I will begin a 3 month sponsored slim. It ends on 22 September 2014. My target is 40lbs of weight loss. I have a nutritional and fitness programme set up to achieve that. Every penny raised will be donated to Hendon Football Club Supporters Association.
