As Jeff said, on his day he could be excellent, but his end product, both in terms of delivery of balls into the box and picking the right time to shoot, was disappointing. You can also see why he's not been able to make it at a higher level as he is a bit lightweight as well.
He's replaceable in my opinion.
Anthony Thomas will be the bigger loss of the two for me.
