1960 Cup Final

The 1960 Amateur Cup Final was Ron (not Roy) Widdowfield's sixth appearance for the club out of his career total of 11. He was a Royal Navy man, as was his chief competitor (Derek Godwin) for the number 2 shirt in the final. Both joined, I think, from the Gosport/Portsmouth area and both happened to make their debut on the same day - 12th December 1959, wearing number 2 and number 3.
John Rice, if you're in touch with Ron's relative again, would you please try to get Ron's full name and date of birth for the club archive? Doesn't matter if you can't, but it would be great if you can.
