Pleased as punch!

As good a result as any in recent memory. A nice curtain closure to any campaign. Different type of opposition - several of those lads already established first-teamers and hence physically stronger all round. We must have really graft. Seems fitting to be facing Staines having shadow boxed each-other from pre-season.
Could be the icing on the cake of a historic season - either way, fantastic achievement by Gary and the lads.
These are the sort of nights we want down at SJP. Well done to the entire squad - it feels as if we've put our recent blip behind us and can progress.
Well done hardly does it justice.

A great second half defensive performance. Tom Lovelock was outstanding. The scoreline looks decisive, but I have rarely seen Hendon come under such intense pressure without conceding.

Well done!

I felt we had them rattled every time we came forward. As full time pros I would have thought they would have dealt with us a bit better but we really took it to them and the lads should be incredibly proud.
Half of that team were on the bench in league 2 last night, so it really was a team of pros.

I just hope that we may have some forwards for Saturday. With Zak Joseph not starting, Josh Walker presumably injured and both Daniel Uchechi and Ashley Nathaniel-George leaving the pitch tonight, again presumably injured, we may be struggling. Fortunately Niko Muir was outstanding tonight, clearly back to his very best form.

I was hoping that Zak was just being rested. It wasn't a full strength team in my eyes. With both Sam Murphy and Big Dave wearing the number 11 shirt in recent weeks Gary obviously has options. Hopefully that win will do the confidence a world of good, just as Billericay start to slip up.
It's going to be an interesting run in!

We've played three Middlesex Senior Cup matches this season, and Zak has only appeared in one. Don't forget that Casey was missing last night as well, and Arthur was an unused sub. IMHO Gary wanted to give game time to players like Harly, Malachy McGovern, and William Murphy. They're less likely to get game time in league matches.

First time I've seen William - I thought he played very well when he came on, and he certainly caused Barnet some problems at the back.

Dan Uchechi certainly took a knock, not sure about Ashley, who was far side to me second half. My guess is that both were withdrawn with Saturday in mind.
