Very well done, Steve and Phil, for control of the website. 5000 news items since November 1999 equates, if my calculator is correct, to 28.6 news messages per month - i.e. about one a day. Some going.

I believe hendonfc.net to be one of the best website in sport. It is easy to navigate, even for a technophobe like me, and contains thousands of pieces of information. Without the website, the Hendon FC First 100 Years book would have been much, much harder to write, as would the items which have appeared in the programme, in the 50 years in the Isthmian League and the currently running Hendon Green & Gold. I reckon somewhere in excess of 1.5 million of my words appear on (or were sent to) the site, including this forum, but I am not going to try counting them!
