I do like my song references. I once paid a tenner to have Wreckless played over the Tannoy! Something better change, (The Stranglers), Today it did. Down to business.
Firstly, the timing. Personally, I do not think it matters, providing it does not restrict the availability of the best in class with regards to the appointment. If it does, you simply run the risk of more questions further down the road. I hope that is not the case. However, with regards to modern football management requirements, (UEFA badges aside), I've got a swimming badge - can't swim the Channel though - See FB previous - point made - the matching concept has gone, it's now a lottery.
