About 4 years ago, I sat waiting for months, for Lee to make an admission. And then he did. Paraprasing - "You should see what we do in training on a Thursday night" I was waiting for that statement for weeks.. That was the catalyst. Since then, no soddin away wins. ~Something better change - Not happened. The rot was set on long before his departure. I actually blame the Southern League incorporation. That was a complete bastared. The standard of the lower part of that division and all it in incorporated was not condusive.
Hendon have not recovered. Right now, this is the rock bottom. Going through the motions, will lead to stagnation, possible obliviion.
The team need an identity. It's beyond promotion, its establishing itself at a Premier League level.
It needs a kick up the ass. It is a people thing, a mentality. There is significance here. Get a grip.
This is a very proud club, a great heratige, time to roll your sleeves up.
Identify the weaknesses, 500 days without an away win is pitiful.
A good time to clear dead wood and move on. Prosper.
