Well, we have a proper team now and the result was never in doubt thanks to strong defence and effort all over the field. Also a couple of fine saves from our Latvian keeper. In my own head I had forecast a 2-0 and so it came to pass. Wimborne is a lovely club but they were pretty poor on the pitch, and I had a nice discussion with the no. 2 who messed up for the second goal. My Barclay’s bubbly goes to Simeon at right back, a great decision to put him on a contract... we will see what happens.
Relegation is now off the agenda, can we now push to win more than we lose by the end of the season?
