I spoke post match to several stalwarts - they used words, cohesion and fluency. Enough said. Key precedent, the return of Casey. We have lacked midfield creativity around the box. Penetration and passing. The role of Uchechi is encompassed in the absence of link-up play, leaving Murphs exposed, the result today bourne out.
We are a fascinating proposition, we're a sum of the parts kinda thing. Get the right players doing what they do best we are lethal, any shortfall we look inherently floored. Consequently the effort is undone by the shortcomings.
It's weather it comes together on any given day. The commitment is in-deniable, the execution right now needs execution.
