One real positive to Tom is how, despite his lack of height, he manages to frequently punch with distance. Several teams have crowded him, the Met on Saturday, Dulwich will be no different. He's in for a busy night.
I took in the second 45 of City v Liverpool Saturday. Things overlap. De Bryne reminds of Keagan. The former played a beautiful through ball, my thoughts skipped to Dulwich and their high line! They both appeared to bundle players over giving free kicks away. Smashing young man, a lot of responsibility, pleased he scored. Talking of youth - what a cracking strike from Zak. City pressed high, with width, just waiting to deliver a succession of crosses. We kept our width, but looked a tad under utilised. Our determination carried us over the line - Dulwich are a different proposition.
There's aspects to Dulwich away which I've struggled to grasp. Even Jefferson Louis failed to expose their high line. The games, as with the Met away, seem to follow similar flight paths. Again, some sympathy with Coops. Last 20 minutes can be a real back to the wall job. Having said that, the neutral in me always feels slightly let down by them. Panza Division going forward, they do offer opportunities.
It's two separate three minute bouts of fifteen rounds of boxing - they are genuine heavyweights. If we are going to get anything we have to go the distance.
It's a fight - get stuck in!
