What we liked 50 50

What I liked about James Harper today was immediate control, one touch, head up and pass to a team-mate with pace to try and influence a move forward that the rest of the players should lock onto if they have any sense.Matt Ball was again fantastic.Arthur Lee was immense doing the job of two men. The first game Dombaxe has impressed. What a shift he put in.Why on earth is Sam picked as left back? I know needs must but he's so right footed it's a complete waste of his talent and slows the move down when he has to shift across. Note to all footballers; when you have time, knock a ball against a wall using both feet to learn to use both feet, it opens up 50 per cent of your game in your mind and on the pitch. Please. Very happy to see Tom Lovelock prove his worth again. Best keeper we've had for a long time. make sure we keep him......To other matters, in the Grays programme they have a directory of all the Ryman League clubs and details including nicknames. Our's state's The Greens. Why do we have something else on our programme? Why does are programme look so rubbish? Can we not have had some uniformity in the branding for a brand new season in a brand new ground? No joined up thinking. You want identity? Try green shirts with white sleeves, white shorts.
