You've also got four trains an hour (but like the Blackfriars route not at 15 minute intervals) from Victoria to Denmark Hill, which is operated by Southeastern Trains so unaffected by strike action.
Alternatively Jubilee Line through to Canada Water, then Overground to Denmark Hill. It's the Clapham Junction branch and runs every 15 mins; these won't be affected by the strike action. This is probably the best interchange in terms of distance between platforms, and although it might look a roundabout route as the crow flies it shouldn't take significantly longer than any other route.
