In general, no there's not - prices have to be agreed between the two clubs playing and the league or relevant FA due to the way the money is shared, and it tends to be quite difficult to get other teams to agree to a reduction, particularly in competitions where there's only a few weeks between games.

That said, we have sometimes managed to get reduced prices sorted out for the Middlesex and London Senior cups - last season our home game against Cray Valley Paper Mills was just a fiver and I'm fairly sure there were one or two games the previous season we managed to cut the price for (I stand corrected if not).
