I don’t think there is a single sentiment from Steve with which I can disagree. The shirt is a shade of green, but only just – and it would be almost acceptable as a second away kit – if that was ever needed. As for three at the back, I understand why we play it; I just think we lack the players who thrive in it.

Saturday’s homecoming was brilliant and the attendance of 321 was great. It was such a shame that the events on the pitch did not come close to matching everything else.
