Also not suprised that residents have fears. However there are many examples of football grounds at our level which have a residential setting where, as far as I know, there are no problems. Just look at Harrow Boro. Also Margate immediately comes to mind - relatively high attendances and ground much closer to houses than SJP. I think that the main concern should be vehicle parking and if this can be sorted out with the Council then would be big plus. Good luck to Rob et al.
