Many thanks for the info Steve - I was unaware of the development. I was anticipating the disruption to be in place upto Easter - just in time for my annual confrontation with local engineering works!!
I have to say just for the record, Chiltern have been fantastic throughout. After the initial installment the buses ran effectively and last week I actually managed to get home no later than the norm.
Given the circumstances that is quite an achievement.
