If you have not already joined up to our new Hendon Facebook Group then you do not know what you are missing!

Since John Rice and myself launched this group on Sunday, we now have 50 members joined up to it with supporters old and new making regular contributions to it by posting old photo's of supporters and players, posting lots of stories from past matches and also arranging supporters travel to matches

We also post regular updates with regards to our new Hendon Youtube Channel where we are uploading video's of lots of old matches and rare footage.....watch the old matches and then go onto the Facebook Group to discuss and swap memories about this footage. Currently we have footage of many memorable past matches including the 1988 Middx Charity Cup Final at Wembley, 1997 Leyton Orient home and away, 1960's cine film footage from 2 matches at Claremont Road

If you know of any supporter old or new who may wish to join this group then please send them the link

https://www.facebook.com/groups/FansOfHendonFC/

It is a closed group so you simply go to the page and click on the 'Join Group' button which is just under the banner on the right hand side. Due to it being a closed group, John and I can only invite people to join if we have their personal email address or they are in our personal friends list. So the best way to spread the word is if you do know anyone who would like to join it, just pass on the link to them or send their email address to John at johnerice@hotmail.com.

I know a lot of you may not have a Facebook account but would still like to join up to the group. Just simply open a Facebook account and use it solely for our group...for instance,my Dad who is in his 70's and has no interest in Facebook is choosing to do this option!

Help spread the word and make this group as popular as possible, it's a quick and simple online community for Hendon supporters past and present
